John is a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Functional Movement Specialist and he believes every weakness can be turned into a strength and is passionate about instilling this belief with all clients. John originally got introduced to Pilates due to his own injuries, and having experienced the benefits, is very passionate about helping others to improve their movement, fitness and overall health.

 John has a lot of experience in teaching both small and large group Pilates Mat & Reformer classes, as well as 1on1 sessions helping clients who have had injuries and is dedicated to helping everyone keep moving and leading a healthy lifestyle. John teaches a strong class with a big focus on movement, mobility, and functional training.

John teaches a strong class, but always with a focus on technique, and he read’s the audience to understand the level of experience/fitness of clients, and provide exercise options including regressions/progressions accordingly. In recent years John has been based in Sunshine Coast and before that in Sydney and worked at multiple studios and gyms, and also Corporate and private classes John is very clear with cues so that people have an understanding of the exercises and also to build a rapport with regular clients to build a sense of community and support in classes.
